WILD SOUL SISTERHOOD
A 7-Day Women’s Retreat
in Donegal, Ireland
September 2027
A return to your breath, your body, and the truth you’ve been carrying quietly for far too long.
Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or strangely disconnected from yourself?
You sleep, but never feel rested.
You give to everyone else, but struggle to feel present in your own skin.
You long for stillness, but silence makes your mind louder.
Maybe you’ve started to wonder…
Is this just how it is now?
Am I supposed to live like this—forever tired, quietly aching, and unsure how to come back to myself?
If so, you’re not alone.
And no, this is not all there is.
The Problem Isn’t Just Fatigue. It’s Disconnection.
What you’re feeling is the slow, sacred signal of a body that’s been carrying too much for too long.
It’s the call of a soul that’s ready to stop surviving and start returning.
And left unaddressed, the cost is steep:
Constant bracing against life
Emotional disconnection from joy, intimacy, or intuition
Grief that lingers in your bones
Burnout that sleep can’t touch
A life that no longer feels like yours
Wild Soul Sisterhood is the Solution You Didn’t Know You Needed
This is not a vacation.
It is a sacred pause.
A deep exhale in the wild lands of county Donegal, Ireland.
Together, in a circle of 20 women, we will:
Restore our nervous systems through breath, somatic movement, and guided deep rest
Tend our grief with gentleness, ritual, and presence
Unhook from digital overload with a guided tech detox and reconnection practices
Reclaim our inner rhythms through daily embodiment and sacred nature immersion
Rediscover soul connection through circle, sound, silence, and the ancient land
You’ll Leave This Retreat With…
A body that feels lighter, safer, and more alive
A quiet, powerful trust in your own inner wisdom
Simple but life-altering tools for regulation, ritual, and rest
Soul-sisters who see you, hold you, and walk with you
A felt memory of who you are when you are well

6 nights, 7 days in serene, comfortable accommodations
A Sacred Sanctuary on the Edge of the Wild
There is a place in Donegal where the wind sings through the grasses, the lake reflects the shifting sky, and silence has a pulse all its own.
Welcome to Lough Mardal Lodge—our retreat home nestled on a private lakeshore in the untamed beauty of northwest Ireland.
Far from hotels or hustle, this eco-luxury haven invites you to slow down, unhook, and come alive again in the rhythm of nature.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life is unpredictable. That’s why we’ve created a cancellation policy that respects both your investment and the significant time, energy, and financial commitment it takes to organize a transformational retreat experience.
Please read this policy carefully. By registering for the Wild Soul Sisterhood Retreat, you are agreeing to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of €900 is required to secure your space. This deposit reflects your commitment to the retreat and covers upfront costs that cannot be recovered.
2. Required Travel Insurance
All participants are required to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This protects you in the event of unexpected illness, emergencies, flight delays, or other circumstances that may prevent your attendance. No exceptions will be made.
3. Refunds
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
Due to the intimate size and nature of this retreat, no exceptions will be made to the refund policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation—including personal illness, travel delays, family emergencies, or change of plans.
4. Transfers
If you are unable to attend and can find someone to take your place, we are happy to transfer your spot to another participant, pending approval. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and completed no less than 30 days before the retreat begins.
5. Force Majeure / Acts Beyond Our Control
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, political instability, pandemic restrictions), we will do our best to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, all payments (minus unrecoverable costs) will be credited toward a future retreat.
We are not responsible for any additional expenses you incur in preparing for your trip, including airline tickets, loss of work, or other travel-related costs.
6. Policy Acknowledgment
By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy in full. This agreement is binding and enforceable.
Feeling emotionally spent, physically drained, and like no amount of sleep truly restores you?
You’re not broken.
You’re carrying more than your system was designed to hold.
Years of caregiving, overgiving, overthinking, and pushing through
have a cost—on your body, your breath, your joy.
That fog you feel?
It’s not failure.
It’s your nervous system waving the white flag, asking you to slow down.
The good news?
You can heal.
Not through willpower—but through permission.
Not by doing more—but by doing less, with intention.
This September in Donegal, Ireland, celebrated author, psychotherapist, yoga and meditation teacher, Avantika Waleryszak, will be holding sacred space for 20 special women.
Women who are ready to lay it all down—guilt-free.
You’ll be guided through:
Gentle, soulful movement
Deep restorative rest
Simple, powerful nervous system techniques
Rituals to tend grief, soften shame, and reclaim presence
All while taking in the breathtaking scenery of Ireland.
You’ll leave lighter.
More resourced.
And more yourself than you’ve felt in a long, long time.
This is your season of return.
And there is still time to say yes.
Meet Your Retreat Leader:
Avantika Waleryszak
“There comes a time when a woman must stop asking for permission to rest, to feel, to return. She must simply listen to the whisper that says—this is your moment. Come home to yourself.”
Avantika is a seasoned psychotherapist in private practice in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, specializing in grief work, anxiety, stress reduction, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. With over 25 years of experience as a yoga teacher and meditation guide, she integrates somatic wisdom, mindfulness, and depth psychology into every aspect of her work.
She is a certified Integrative Health Coach, creator of the Still Point Healing Method, and has trained and mentored aspiring coaches through life coaching certification programs. Her teachings on self-love, nervous system regulation, and soulful embodiment have supported hundreds of women in returning to their breath, their bodies, and their innate sense of wholeness.
Avantika is also a meditation teacher on Insight Timer, where her grounding voice and compassionate presence support listeners around the world.
Ireland is her soul’s home. A devoted hypebrophile (a lover of all things Irish), she has traveled extensively throughout the country and even guided a small, heartfelt tour in 2024. Her deep love for the land, lore, and spirit of Ireland is woven into her retreats, where she invites others to experience the ancient healing energy of the Irish landscape firsthand.
She is the author of The Lanterns of Presence, a lyrical and illuminating guide to emotional resilience and embodied awakening. Blending poetry, neuroscience, spiritual insight, and therapeutic tools, the book offers readers a map for navigating life's foggiest moments with grace and groundedness. Each chapter serves as a lantern—lighting the way back to self-trust, soul truth, and the quiet wisdom that lives within.
Whether in the therapy room, the retreat circle, or the moss-covered cliffs of Donegal, Avantika’s work is rooted in reverence—for the body, for emotion, for beauty, and for the sacred act of coming home to oneself.
